This group is for mums who may be pregnant or have given birth (prenatal/postnatal), and other women who also want to FEEL GOOD - a place we look at HEALTH, NUTRITION, MINDSET AND FITNESS.
Too often the narrative for mums is to feel exhausted, worn out, want to "lose the baby weight" and generally lacking in confidence in their bodies.
Mums feel pressure to be able to "do it all" - to work, to be the "perfect" mother, to feel great through pregnancy, to "snap back into shape" post giving birth, to do all the housework, be forever patient, cook and clean and have a smile on our faces, often without any external support.
No wonder so many are close to burnout!
Alongside this is society and the media putting an inordinate amount of pressure to have "the perfect body", to be "beachbody" and "bikini body" ready, and women being defined by their bodies.

- You want to learn new healthy habits for nutrition and eating - including recipes, meal planning, snacking, reducing cravings, stop binge and emotional eating
- You are interested in exercise and workouts to look after not punish your body
- You believe that when you start to FEEL GOOD on the inside, it shows on the outside.
My mission is to help women and mothers who want to feel confident in their bodies learn to love themselves, with or without weight loss, in a safe, healthy and sustainable way by making effortless changes that honour their own values for the lifestyle they want to live.
